About Pashun

Pashun is a workout deck builder app for iOS, developed by an independent developer based in Australia. This privacy policy explains how Pashun handles data collected through the Pashun app and the pashun.app website.

We are committed to being transparent about our data practices. This policy is written in plain language — not legalese.

Data We Collect

The Pashun app collects and stores the following data to provide its core functionality:

• Account data — email address, used for account authentication. Pashun uses one-time codes (magic links) sent to your email for sign-in — no password is created or stored.
• Workout data — exercise cards, decks, plans, play sessions, weight logs, RPE ratings, and session notes that you create within the app.
• Infrastructure logs — Supabase automatically generates standard server logs (authentication events, API requests) as part of operating the service. We do not actively collect or analyse in-app usage metrics.
• Local cache — workout data is also stored locally on your device to enable offline access and faster loading. This data never leaves your device except when synced to your Supabase account.

We do not collect payment information, health sensor data, location data, contacts, photos, or any data unrelated to your workout activity.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Pashun service:

• Authenticate your account and sync your workout data across your devices.
• Store and retrieve your exercise library, decks, plans, and session history.
• Diagnose issues using Supabase infrastructure logs (authentication events and API requests).

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the Pashun service. We do not sell your data to any third party.

Third-Party Services

Pashun uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Supabase — database and authentication provider. Your workout data and account credentials are stored on Supabase's infrastructure, hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the Singapore region. Supabase is SOC 2 Type II certified. You can read Supabase's privacy policy at supabase.com/privacy.

By using Pashun, you acknowledge that your data is processed by Supabase as described above. If you are based in Australia, this constitutes a cross-border disclosure of personal information under the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

Data Retention

Your account and workout data is retained for as long as you maintain an active account. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.

You can delete your account directly within the app via More → Account → Delete Account. Alternatively, contact us at hello@pashun.app and we will process your request within 30 days.

Your Rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

Children

Pashun is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy — for example, adding a new third-party service or changing how data is used — we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users via the app.

Continued use of Pashun after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
